Fees
Weekly session lasting 45 minutes are $120.00 per session. The first intake appointment lasting 90 minutes is $175.00. The consultation is free and is done over the phone for about 10 minutes.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I currently participate in some insurance panels. It is your responsiblity to check with your insurance before you schedule an appointment. You can check with your out of network provider coverage carefully by asking the following questions.
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductable and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physican?
Reduced Fee
I do offer a reduced fee or sliding scale on a limited basis. However, you must submit to me proof of your income with a current 1040 form, your last pay stub, or your unemployment stub to qualify for sliding scale.
Payment
Payment for services are due at the beginning of every session. At this time I accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
I required 48 hours' notice for cancelling or changing an appointment time. If you do not attend a schedule appointment or call to cancel within 24 hours you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
