I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in private practice located in Kirkland. I have been involved in counseling and counseling-related work in Washington for over fifteen years. I bring kindness, patience, and compassion to the counseling process in a warm and safe environment. I am committed and enjoy helping people transform and change their lives for the positive
My work experience is in a variety of clinical and educational settings including: public schools, private schools, community mental health agency, and private practice. I have provided coaching, counseling, parent and family education as well as collaboration with other systems in my clients lives.

I draw and use an eclectic variety of therapeutic orientations and modalities including Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Existential, Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
